Rabbi Idit Solomon earned her Master’s of Jewish Education and ordination from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Los Angeles. Rabbi Solomon founded and led the Jewish infertility non-profit Hasidah (Hebrew word for stork). She previously led the Jewish Education department at the Columbus Jewish Federation and their Jewish Community Relations Committee (JCRC). Her Jewish professional background includes working at Hillel, summer camps, and elder care facilities. Her first career was as a business systems analyst. Rabbi Solomon is a Rabbis Without Borders Fellow and a graduate of the Institute of Jewish Spirituality’s Clergy Leadership program.
Rabbi Solomon currently serves as the Treasurer for the Northern California Board of Rabbis.
